Welcome to our authentication service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

The Service provides authentication functionality for websites using Decap CMS, allowing users to access and modify content stored on third-party Git repositories (such as GitHub) through a visual interface. The Service provided is strictly for authentication; all other services such as git repo, content hosting, and CMS functionalities are provided by third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ repositories.

You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies (e.g., GitHub’s Terms of Service).

4. Third-Party Repositories

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as GitHub). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or content of those platforms. Your use of such platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Data & Privacy

The Service may handle authentication data (such as access tokens) required to connect you with third-party repositories. We do not claim ownership of your repository content. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use data.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to security or stability.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
